Before we started our agency, Chris had a background in Global and Medical Sales and Kristen has a background as a Registered Nurse and Elementary School Teacher. What You'll Do
- Consult with Clients: Assess clients’ life and health insurance needs and recommend solutions to protect their homes, families, retirement, and financial future.
- Provide Insurance Solutions: Offer products such as Term & Whole Life insurance, Final Expense insurance, Annuities, IULs, and retirement or debt-free life strategies, while proudly representing a broad portfolio of top-tier insurance and financial products from 40+ of the highest-rated carriers in the United States.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through excellent service and ongoing support.
- Collaborate & Learn: Work with your team, leverage mentorship, and participate in training to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
- Manage Administrative Tasks: Keep accurate client records, process transactions, and use digital tools for client communications and documentation.

- Internet access with a quiet work space, a functioning computer, and a personal phone, as we meet with clients virtually over the phone, Zoom, Crankwheel, etc.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license (clear background check; no felonies or recent bankruptcies). If not licensed, we guide you step-by-step through the process.
- Strong communication and people skills for remote client interactions
- Comfortable with virtual presentations and technology
This is a commission-based role. On average, our agents earn $1,000 per application, typically writing 4–10 applications per week.
